This document defines the terms of use, payment rules, and privacy policy that apply to the services of Atelier Arhe, owned by Arhe d.o.o. (the Company).
We are committed to providing services in accordance with the principles of respect, confidentiality, and professional ethics. Your privacy is important to us, and all information obtained during the provision of our services is treated as confidential.
Atelier Arhe offers a relaxing treatment inspired by the shiatsu technique. Techniques used include pressure with the palm, thumb, elbow, or foot; rocking; rotation; stretching; tapping; and general massage techniques. The duration of each treatment is 60 minutes. Services are provided at Atelier Arhe (Rožac 11, 21220 Okrug Gornji, Croatia) or, exceptionally, at the client’s location by agreement. Parking is available for clients.
Reservations are made primarily through the Amelia online booking system on the website (arhe.hr). In exceptional cases, an appointment can be arranged via email or telephone. By confirming a reservation, you accept these Terms of Use. After booking, you will receive a confirmation by email; if you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us. If you cannot attend a scheduled appointment, please cancel it as soon as possible or reschedule for a new time.
Clothing: Please arrive in comfortable clothing with long pants and a shirt (long or short sleeves), preferably made of natural materials. Avoid wearing denim, dresses, skirts, or clothing with hard buttons or zippers. You should wear socks during the treatment.
Food: It is recommended to avoid a heavy meal within two hours before the treatment. If you are hungry, a light snack no later than one hour before your appointment is acceptable.
Hydration: Drink sufficient water before and after the treatment. On the day of your session, we advise avoiding alcohol and excessive coffee consumption.
Arrival: Plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early to prepare for your session. This allows time for using the restroom and any changing or showering if needed.
Health Conditions: Inform us if you are pregnant, have any injuries, acute inflammation, or chronic conditions, so that we can safely adapt the treatment to your needs.
Communication: During the treatment, if you experience any discomfort or if something does not feel right, please inform the practitioner immediately.
After the Treatment: We recommend that for the rest of the day you avoid heavy physical exertion and continue to drink plenty of water to enhance the treatment’s effects.
The service is not paid in advance. Appointment cancellations and rescheduling are free of charge. Please notify us as soon as you know that you cannot attend your appointment.
The treatment provided is a relaxation bodywork technique and is not a substitute for medical services. We are not liable for any damage resulting from failure to follow provided instructions or from concealing health conditions. You receive the treatment at your own risk. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Croatian courts.
Treatments are conducted by appointment only. There are no set walk-in hours; sessions are held exclusively based on prior arrangement and reservation. Reservations are primarily made via the Amelia online system. In exceptional cases, a reservation can be made via email or phone.
We accept consumer complaints in person, by mail (addressed to Atelier Arhe, Rožac 11, 21220 Okrug Gornji, Croatia), or by email (atelier@arhe.hr). We will respond to any complaint within 15 days and will maintain a record of complaints for one year.
Payment is due after the treatment is completed, and can be made by credit or debit card only (accepted card brands: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro). American Express and Diners Club cards are not accepted. For each treatment, a fiscalized invoice is issued in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia.
